Last week we went to our largest animal conference, SFN. And with SFN finished we start looking forward towards the new year. Conferences are always a great way to learn and connect with the forefront of behavioral neuroscience. In this blog we have made a list of our favorite animal neuroscience & behavior conferences held this year. We hope to be able to see you at one or more of these meetings. 

International Neuroscience Conference (INC) | January 25-26

The first conference we will visit after the new year is INC, in Pécs, Hungary. This meeting is held from the 25th till the 26th of January 2024. As a sponsor of this event we are happy to support this conference. Join us in Hungary for two days filled with interesting symposia, plenary sessions, and poster presentations.

4th Italian Zebrafish Meeting (IZM) | February 7-9

We are proud to announce that we are sponsoring this year's Italian zebrafish meeting. From the 7th till the 9th of February, the University of Palermo and the Fondazione Guido Bernardini are organizing this 4th IZM. This meeting focuses on recent advancement in the field of zebrafish research.

Measuring Behavior 2024 | May 15-17

The 13th International Conference on Methods and Techniques in Behavioral Research is the premier interdisciplinary event for scientist and practitioners concerned with the study of human and animal behavior. This unique community and its biannual conference focus on methods, techniques and tools in behavioral research in the widest sense.

Canadian Neuroscience 2024 | May 19-22

From May 19th till 22th the Canadian Neuroscience meeting is held in the stunning city of Vancouver. At this conference you can learn about cutting-edge research and network with the top of neuroscience from Canada and abroad. 4 full days of interesting topics ranging from the effect of psychedelics to the role of social context in mouse research. 

We will also come to Vancouver to present our solutions for behavioral neuroscience. Can we expect you to be there as well?

Dutch Neuroscience Meeting (DN) | June 13-14

On Thursday the 13th and Friday the 14th of June this edition of the Dutch Neuroscience Meeting is held in the Van der Valk Hotel in Tiel, The Netherlands. Just like other years, DN is a great place for not only Dutch, but also international neuroscientist to connect and share insights. 

Get inspired by exciting ideas and data, by attending parallel sessions and plenary talk led by neuroscientists from all over Europe and beyond. DN actively promotes veteran and new researchers from various backgrounds to discuss and engage in scientific debate. 

So consider visiting the Dutch Neuroscience meeting!

FENS 2024 | June 25-29

Save the Date: The Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS), Austrian Neuroscience Association (ANA), Hungarian Neuroscience society (MITT) are organizing FENS Forum 2024 in Vienna, Austria. From the 25th till the 29th of June 2024 you can partake in Europe’s largest neuroscience congress. You can expect topics like brain disorders, cognition, gait analysis and much more.

You can engage in these topics during technical workshops, symposia, lectures, etc. There are also many opportunities to develop your career with networking opportunities and other events.

SFN 2024 | October 5-9

Society for Neuroscience 2023 is just behind us, but we are already looking forward to next year. In 2024 SFN will be held in Chicago from the 5th till the 9th of October. As the premier neuroscience event, it is always a great opportunity to meet colleagues from all over the world. 

Themes and topics include everything neuroscience, from development, neurodegenerative disorders, motor and sensory systems, integrative physiology and behavior, to cognition, history, ethics, and education.

Obviously, we will also go to SFN again in 2024. So, make sure to check out our booth to see our latest innovations and discuss your research with us.
